User Data Deletion Instructions
Affiliate Content SaaS lets users connect their own Facebook Pages and Threads profiles for publishing. These instructions concern connection data held by this service, not data held independently by Meta. Disconnecting does not delete your Facebook Page, Threads profile, or posts published on Meta.
1. Disconnect from the service
- Sign in to Affiliate Content SaaS.
- Open Settings > Publishing Channels.
- Open the Facebook or Threads tab and find the connected Page or profile you want to disconnect.
- Choose Disconnect on that connection and check that the operation succeeds.
This action applies only to the selected connection. If you cannot sign in, cannot access Publishing Channels, or the action fails, use the manual request contact below.
2. What is removed after a successful disconnect
The selected publishing connection record is deleted, including the Page or profile identifier and capability metadata stored on that record. For Threads, the associated credential record, including its encrypted access token, is also deleted. For Facebook, the associated credential record and encrypted Page access token are deleted only when no other publishing or affiliate account references that credential; a still-referenced credential is retained. This is deletion of stored connection data within this service. The disconnect action does not send Meta a request to revoke permissions or delete Meta-hosted data.
3. Data retained by the service
Disconnecting does not delete your SaaS user account or saved content. Publication sessions and history, scheduled-publication records and attempts, usage/accounting records, and audit logs remain. Historical records may still contain provider identifiers, published-post URLs, or content snapshots. Their link to the deleted publishing connection is cleared where applicable, and the service attempts to record a disconnect audit event. This disconnect flow does not define a fixed automatic deletion period for those retained records. For an additional deletion request, use the contact below.
4. Request additional deletion manually
If you cannot access your account or need additional service-held data deleted, contact us using the configured email below. Describe the connection and data concerned; do not send passwords, access tokens, or secret keys.
